*** Spring Break ***

Permits are not required in student spaces the week of break. Faculty/Staff and specialty signed spaces still require permit.  If you are staying overnight or are inquiring about leaving your car on campus over break, please make sure you are parked in a residential student space.

*** Allendale Resident Permits ***

Allendale Resident permits are currently available for those living on north campus.  To accommodate additional parkers on south campus, a limited number Allendale Resident Lot J permits are being made available.  Both permits must be purchased at the Parking Office. If you have any questions please call our office at 616-331-7275. 

GVSU IS A PERMIT-ONLY CAMPUS

If you do not have a permit, you may obtain one from either of our offices or utilize the pay-to-park locations.

Permits are required in faculty/staff areas Monday through Thursday, 3:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. and on Fridays, 3:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Residential spaces on the Pew Campus require a permit 24/7.

Overnight parking (3:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.) is only permitted in residential parking areas.

Vehicles parked on the sidewalk (not in a designated parking space) or parking in a fire lane are subject to a $100 violation. Please ensure you are parking in a parking lot, in a parking space.
